TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The hire charge must be paid before the Bouncy Castle has been set up. There will be no refunds after the Bouncy castle has been set up. Overnight hire is overnight and maybe picked up as early as 7:30am or as late as 12 noon. All deposits are non-refundable, unless cancelled by use. It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncy Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid user personal injury or damage to the Inflatable and equipment.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
1/ Only children up to the age of 12 years may use this unit. You must ensure no-one over this age is allowed on the equipment. No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle. Unless Family/Adult stated castle.
2/ No foods, drinks or chewing gum are to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle to avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge of £30)
3/ All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
4/ No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string or confetti balloons to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle.
5/ No smoking, drinking or barbeques to take place near the Bouncy Castle or softplay.
6/ Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls of the inflatable is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.
7/ A responsible Adult must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
8/ Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded. Limit numbers according to the age and size of Children using it. Try to avoid large and small Children using it at the same time.
9/ You must ensure children do not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
10/No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
11/ If the Bouncy Castle is not being used for any part of the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
12/ Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step as a Child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off!
13/ Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell.
14/ Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
15/ Please ensure that Children do not attempt somersaults and are clothed appropriately so that nothing can fall out of their pockets.
16/ Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear
17/ The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, the unit should not be used
18/ In the event of heavy winds in excess of 20mph , it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
19/All persons using this Bouncy Castle do so at their own risk.
20/A refundable cash deposit of £50 may be charged in some cases (not refunded if damaged or excessively dirty)
21/Any damage to the equipment will charged in full to the person hiring it.
22/ In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. The blower has a safety reset button, try pressing this, also check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.
Overnight hire
All Bouncy Castles MUST be left running overnight. Wild life especially foxes love chewing rain covers on deflated castles. A moaning neighbour is cheaper than a new roof to be fitted and lost hires.
Delivery Policy
The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.
Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.
Deposits Paid
If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather (80% rain throughout the day, Temperature below 6 degrees, wind speed above 18mph including gusts,) vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity and provide a full refund of deposits and monies paid. this will be done via bank transfer.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location. We can provide a survey prior to booking at cost of £15. This should be paid before the survey and is not refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel the booking once a deposit is paid there will be no refund. However, you can carry the deposit over to another booking made within a month of the booking date.
