Excellent first class service!! Hired the bounce and slide for my 40th and the kids were fully occupied leaving the adults to have a good time. Very friendly and professional so would definitely use again same time next year. Delivery was free and they do all the setting up and removal so very much stress free!! Lily's bouncy castles were brilliant from start to finish. prompt replies to enquirys etc and sent reminders closer to the time which was brilliant as did not have to chase them to check everything was still ok. They were very lovely and thorough and the kids had a great time. We booked the adult bouncy castle which is a really good size and had a bounce myself! would definitely recommend and if we need a bouncy castle again we will be using you guys! We hired the princess soft play package for my little girls 1st birthday party it was fantastic, went down so well with all our guests the amount of equipment was just right.
Friendly people who set it up, and I was so impressed to see it being cleaned before use, booking process was easy and we booked at quite short notice too, emails keeping us upto date as well on when it would be being delivered and they worked around our time schedule which was fantastic! 100% we will use you again, thank you so so much for making my daughters day so perfect!! Lily's bouncy castles were brilliant! At the risk of repeating other reviewers they have great customer service, keeping in regular contact even over Christmas! The booking process was easy but thorough and the castle itself (the Princess castle & slide) was clean and new looking. The kids loved it and th bubble machine which they supplied. On the day Steed also offered us some Didicars which I wouldn't have thought to book but the kids didn't leave them alone until they were collected, a massive hit for all the kids (aged 4-9!), I would definitely recommend them and lily's bouncy castle hire! I am sure I will be using them again in a few months for my son's birthday!

I hired an adult bouncy castle and the Superhero Sumo costumes for my fiancés 21st birthday and it was fantastic. Both really fun. And so clean like brand new. I would definitely use this company again as they are very reliable. Drop off and picked up was right on time. Also prices are very reasonable!
