Q - It's windy to day, is it still OK to set the castle up outside?

A - If winds are forecast to be below 18mph then yes. We are not allowed to set up if winds are forecast above 24mph

Q - We Live Near You, Can We Collect ?
A - No, The Castle Can Only Be Delivered and Setup By Lily's B.C. Staff


Q - What Areas Do You Deliver To ?
A-South East London, from Blackheath, Lewisham and Greenwich. Out to Bromley Orpington and Swanley. North West Kent. Including Welling, Bexleyheath and Dartford should all be Free delivery. Outside these areas may incur a delivery charge.


Q - How Long Does It Take To Setup & Take Down Your Castles ?
A - On Average It Takes Around 20 mins to set, We Like To Ensure It is Secure & Safe Before Leaving. It may take longer to pack away.


Q - What Preperation Is Needed Before Delivery ?
A - Castles Must Be Placed On A Reasonably Flat Clean Grass Area, Ensure That you Have Measured Correctly And That You have Room For At Least An Additional 3ft (1m) On Each Side And At The Front Plus 4ft (1.3M) At The Rear, This Space Is Required For The Safety Pegs And Fan. The Area Must Be Clear Of Any Sharp Objects, Animal Excrement, Overhanging Trees Or Anything That May Damage The Equipment, You Should Also Be Sure That There Are No Underground Cables Or Pipes.


Q - How Is The Bouncy Castle Inflated ?
A - We Supply A Powerful Fan As Part Of The Package As Well As A 40 metre Extension Lead with RCD plug, This Will Need To Be Plugged In to Power The Fan And Must Remain On During The Hire


Q - What Does It Cost To Power The Fan ?
A - The Fans Are Extremely Efficient And Cost Around 20p - 25p per Hour, This Does Vary Slightly Depending On Your Supplier


Q - Are You Fully Insured ?
A - We Carry Public Liability Insurance To The Value of £5,000,000


Q - When Can We Hire Your Bouncy Castles ?
A - You Can Hire Our Castles 7 Days A Week 52 Weeks A Year - Subject To Availability


Q - How Long Do We Have The Bouncy Castle For ?
A - We Normally Deliver Our Castles During The Morning, You Then Have Use Of Them Until 7pm, Later Collections Or Overnight Are Available At An Extra Cost, Check With Us When Booking, We Will Work With You To Make Your Party Special


Q - How Do I Know The Dates I Need Are Available ?
A-When you ring us we will tell you if the castle is available for hire.


Q - What Types Of Payment Do You Accept ?
A -Cash is paid upon delivery. We Use Sum-up For Card Payments On The Day (Provided theres 3G reception) or you can transfer money via online banking.


Q - Can We Use The Bouncy Castle In The Rain ?
A - Most Of Our Castles Are Fitted With a Cover To Protect Against Showers However We Advise That The Fan Is Switched Off And The Castle Is Not Used During Bad Weather Including Heavy Rain, Snow, Wind Etc


Q - What If The Weather Is Bad ?
A - Check our

on this website or Call Us Before 8:30pm On The evening before The Hire, We Will Check The Forecast Local To You And If Deemed To Be Bad We will ring you and ask if you'd like us to deliver or not.
